PhosGuard™ is a highly porous, bead-shaped filtration media that rapidly removes phosphate and silicate from marine and freshwater aquariums. It is especially effective in saltwater systems, where phosphate control is critical. Designed to allow optimal water flow through and around the media, it delivers high efficiency and capacity. Not recommended for phosphate-buffered freshwater systems.
